I loved the excellent shower and the free parking. The room was spacious, perfect for getting comfortable after a long day. Plus, the nearby stores were a total win! Felt right at home without any hassle.

I was extremely frustrated during our check-in. The staff was impolite and completely disregarded us when we arrived early, leaving us to wait aimlessly in the lobby. Not only was the service slow, but we were met with annoyance when we asked for assistance. This was a stark contrast to the friendliness we'd experienced elsewhere in Portugal, and it left a sour taste in our mouths.

Seriously, why not improve the Wi-Fi connectivity? !!! Hearing trains all night really killed my vibe—consider soundproofing those rooms!!! An upgrade on the decor would bring this place back to life. Just saying!!!

I appreciated being less than 2 km from both the vibrant Mercado Municipal and the beautiful Miradouro do Monte Gordo, making it easy to enjoy local flavors and stunning park views during my stay.

It was just a suitable option for a short weekend trip in Vila Franca de Xira with all in all brilliant value for money. The burger I ordered when I eventually got food was actually decent and edible. Try asking about room service options right away to avoid long waiting times.
